In terms of public safety, low-light TV can be used to form a monitoring and warning system to implement long-distance nighttime monitoring and warning for airports, banks, archives, cultural relics, important organs, military warehouses, etc. The contribution of low-light TV to human vision is similar to that of low-light night vision devices in terms of extending the airspace, extending the time domain, and broadening the frequency domain. At the same time, low-light TV has some new features: ①It makes human vision break through the limitation of having to face the scene in order to observe effectively; ②It breaks through the shackles that require people to be in the same place with the night vision equipment, and realizes that they are far away from the scene of the instrument 3.
